Instead of having a classic "list-based" TOS, I would rather make it abundantly clear that I can and will refuse to accept any commission offers that I find personally objectable. I will let you know asap if your offer is something that I am not comfortable with. This should not be an issue for the most part, since I will be open to drawing anything as long as it is not motivated by hate and/or abuse material.

I also want to make it clear that I may decline your commission offer if it is something I will not be able to deliver on. The main reasons for this will be subject-based and/or time-based. If you are worried, do not be afraid to discuss this with me so we can determine if I will be a good fit for your vision. If I decline, do not take it personally. I just want to be certain that you will be getting your money's worth.
